Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis in Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her an undergraduate degree in Communications and Theater. Upon moving into Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theater arts acting as well as choreographing over a dozen musicals and plays like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award-winning Storybook Theatre. As she continued to learn improvisation with The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started landing roles on television and film. Kelly's distinctive voice and petite dimensions have let her portray a range of different roles. Her work together with Naomi Watts as Samara the villain In The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's better recognized for playing the amazing receptionist in Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper at-night as a Series Regular on the TV Land sitcom The Exes. Additionally, she played the sassy sister of Alyssa on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the show on CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She sang in soprano for several cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Recently, she was seen as the lovable, dim-witted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. The private world of her life is quiet. She enjoys having time with her family, including two small children.
